Meet the Dental Hygienists at

Brea Family Dental Center

Dental Hygienists

We believe that your periodontal care (management of your gum tissue and bone supporting your teeth) is a very important aspect of your dental care. Regular periodontal care ensures long-term stability of your teeth, but it also plays an important role in the promotion of excellent overall body health.

Patients diagnosed with Periodontal Disease should be treated according to our Periodontal Treatment Guidelines as soon as it is detected.

Periodontal disease is the main cause of tooth loss in adults. We believe that “patients all deserve to keep their teeth for the rest of their lives!”

Our highly skilled dental hygienists are caring, friendly and well-trained to handle all aspects of periodontal care.

Chantel began her hygiene career in 2010 after graduating from the Toronto College of Dental Hygiene in the friendly country up north also known as Canada. She relocated to sunny southern California after marrying her husband CJ and has been practicing hygiene since 2014. Compassion is definitely a characteristic that defines Chantel’s approach to hygiene. Chantel loves the opportunity to help her patients understand why a complete oral care is beneficial to their overall health. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with family and friends. She also enjoys hiking and trips up the coast with her husband on their Harley.

Chantel is very personable and friendly, and strives on having her patients enjoy a comfortable experience during their dental visit.
